Full course description
This online program uses a competency-based approach to learning, with job-embedded assignments that incorporate valuable feedback from the instructor and peers. Students hone their coaching and self-assessment skills as they observe themselves and participate in facilitated reflection.
There is a combination of weekly asynchronous work and online live sessions that are about 3 hours long. The activities set a foundation for developing your network and engaging a professional community that can endure beyond the certificate.
If you are taking this certificate with the college credit bearing option, you must have a promotion code to enroll. This course is based on the UW academic year and runs from September 22, 2026 through June 12, 2026.
